## Outline

- No spam, and no cold outreach or purchased lists
- No phishing, impersonation or malware
- Agents must follow the same rules as people, including honouring unsubscribe requests
- AI-sent mail must not pretend to be written by a person
- How we protect shared sending reputation: limits, pauses and appeals
- Reporting abuse
